On May 25, “Hunan-born Businessmen back to Chenzhou” investment attraction promotional meeting as well as the signing ceremony of the second batch of investment projects in 2022 was held in Rucheng County.
After watching the introduction to the investment attraction of the Economic Development Zone in Rucheng County, 9 projects invested by enterprises such as Jiangsu Jiabo Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Jiada Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. were signed at the meeting, including 4 projects invested by Hunan businessmen with a total investment of 3.79 billion yuan.
On May 26, the local government of Rucheng County held another investment promotional meeting to further attract investment across the county. The whole-year investment target and mindset were also proposed at the meeting and the government at all levels have had a clear responsibility of it.
The investment environment has been improved and the county is committed to exploring multiple channels for investment attraction, such as investment through other enterprises, agencies, associations and capital. These efforts will promote an early commencement, completion, production and reward of the construction of various projects in Rucheng County.
After the introduction of Guangdong Electronics Intelligent Science and Technology Industrial Park worth 10 billion yuan, a large number of enterprises followed and came to set businesses in Rucheng. With an increasing number of projects put into production, Rucheng in recent years has become a hot destination of choice for investment in the emerging industries.
In 2021, inbound investment to the county reached 2.17 million US dollars and the investment from other provinces reached 8.331 billion yuan, showing an increase of 27.89% year on year. 18 major investment projects and 2 Top 500 projects were introduced, with investments of 8.86 billion and 1.63 billion yuan respectively. These achievements have made Rucheng become a successful example of investment attraction.
From January to April this year, the county’s inbound investment reached 1.18 million US dollars, accounting for 39.33% of the annual target. And the investment from other provinces amounted to 3.484 billion yuan, accounting for 37% of the target with an increase of 35.89% year on year. Rucheng County is leading Chenzhou City in various indicators.
For example, 6 major investment projects with each worth over 200 million yuan were introduced, with a total investment of 2.82 billion yuan. Now these two projects are both under well construction.
